The workspace is the central idea in Telltone. It is the private space where your organisation's website, settings, team, and records all live together.
Private by design
Every workspace is completely separate from every other organisation on the platform. Your content, your client enquiries, and your settings are only ever visible to your own team. There is no shared pool — what belongs to you stays with you.
Everything in one place
Because your website, your assistant, and your team all share the same workspace, your details stay consistent. Update your opening hours once and they are correct everywhere a client might see or hear them.
Switching workspaces
If you belong to more than one organisation, you can switch between their workspaces without signing out. Each one keeps its own content and team, so there is no risk of mixing them up.
Think of a workspace as your organisation's private building: your team has the keys, and nobody else can walk in.
