01 · What these terms cover
Scope
These terms govern your use of the Telltone platform and its product layers (Studio, Relay, Guide, Pilot) operated by Telltone GmbH. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them.
02 · What Telltone provides
The service
Telltone is a platform for real-world business operations. It captures requests, answers questions from approved knowledge, and helps you operate — through one connected workspace.
Telltone collects requests and prepares structured records; a person on your team confirms and acts on them. The platform does not book, approve, or decide on your behalf.
03 · Your account & workspace
Accounts & workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Each workspace owner is responsible for managing roles and access within their workspace.
You must be authorised to act on behalf of the organisation you register.
04 · Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions & billing
A workspace reaches the shared platform by subscribing to at least one product layer. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period.
Prices are stated exclusive of VAT where applicable. Billing is handled through our payment processor.
05 · Using the service responsibly
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access data outside your workspace, disrupting the platform, or using it for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for the content you and your team place in your workspace and for ensuring you have the right to process it.
06 · Data & confidentiality
Data & confidentiality
Your workspace data belongs to you. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. Each workspace is isolated and scoped on our backend.
We treat your data as confidential and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.
07 · Availability & support
Availability & support
We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.
Support is available by email; response times depend on your plan.
08 · Limits of liability
Liability
Telltone is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and under mandatory statutory provisions. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages arising from breach of a material obligation.
09 · Ending the agreement
Term & termination
The agreement runs for as long as you maintain an active subscription. Either party may terminate in accordance with the subscription terms. On termination, your workspace data is deleted after a short grace period, subject to statutory retention.
10 · Governing law
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Where permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
